Neef Series 233 Kolinsky Mini Liner Brush is a short handle brush that, in size, can be placed in between a standard round and a liner, the mini liner is used for long, thin strokes and detail. The shorter hair means more control. this brush is made from a soft natural fibre that is said to hold paint well which caters to one laying down a long smooth line of thin paint.
