Padico Wood Formo clay is made from natural wood shavings and binder. Once dried this clay has a similar texture to wood and can be shaved and carved. Painted with acrylic for an opaque colour or watercolour for more of a stained effect.
Padico Wood Formo Clay must be air dried in a well ventilated area. If making flat shapes like plates, make sure you flip the item during the drying stage to avoid warping. If clay is a little hard just apply water using your hands and knead. Leftover clay can then be stored in a cool dry place in a sealed bag. Please note mould may grow if clay is handled excessively and then stored.
